FORECAST:
Good morning! During your morning commute, you may encounter some drizzle or light shower activity. Otherwise, it'll be mostly cloudy and humid. Expect some sun this afternoon, giving us highs in the mid-80s.
Temperatures crank up tomorrow, while humidity hangs around. That means heat index values will rise through the 90s, to near 100 by Tuesday afternoon. While a stray shower or storm can't be ruled out, rain is not likely.
Wednesday could be even warmer, as temperatures approach the mid-90s. Thankfully, some relief is on the way. A front will try to slide through by late Thursday. This will not only cool us down, but also drop humidity levels.
Friday and Saturday will see temperatures return to the 80s, with much drier air. A stray shower or two is possible behind the front. A few showers may also linger around into Mother's Day weekend.
Have a great day!
