Increasing storm chances
WEATHER HEADLINES:
• Damp Friday morning with patchy drizzle, a few showers & storms ahead of the Battle of Flowers
• Breezy and humid for Fiesta Flambeau
• Scattered rain & storms possible by Sunday morning
FORECAST DETAILS:
Hope you've had a great Thursday!
Evening plans will feature more humidity, cloud cover, and temperatures gradually falling into the 70s after sunset.
Another round of patchy drizzle is expected Friday morning. On top of that, we'll also need to monitor for a few showers and isolated storms that could develop by early-to-mid morning, especially in the 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. timeframe. Plan on taking the umbrella just to be safe and expect some dampness for the Battle of Flowers. Highs reach for the mid-80s Friday afternoon with just an isolated chance for rain by then.
Humid again Saturday with morning drizzle followed by highs in the mid-80s. Breezy for Flambeau with temperatures falling into the 70s after sunset. A stray storm can't completely be ruled out late Saturday night, but the better chance for rain and storms currently looks to hold off until Sunday morning. This is when a broken line of storms will move into the area and could be strong/severe. Something we'll continue to update you on in the days ahead!
Have a great night. ~ Mia
