⚡️ Storms possible late Saturday night into Sunday morning
FORECAST:
Good morning! It's been damp from time to time this morning. Drizzle should stop, with just mostly cloudy skies by the afternoon. Like yesterday, we'll reach the mid-80s today. A stray storm along the Rio Grande is possible this evening, however, activity should stay west of SA.
Drizzle will redevelop overnight and we'll be watching any storms that develop to our west and northwest. It's possible some of this activity could limp into the area by mid-morning Friday. Regardless, some wet weather is possible for Battle of Flowers. You may want to grab an umbrella to be safe. Temperatures will be in the 70s and 80s during the parade. Friday afternoon will see mostly cloudy skies and another chance for rain. This time, it'll be in the form of an isolated storm or two.
For Saturday, expect morning drizzle, followed by a mostly cloudy afternoon. Temps will once again be in the 80s. Saturday evening looks warm and humid for Fiesta Flambeau. However, overnight, a line of storms is forecast to develop across West Texas. This line is expected to make its way into our area by Sunday morning. These storms could be strong to severe and will need to be watched. Otherwise, Sunday is going to start out with wet weather.
More rain chances are possible Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
